WITH 1.08 DP (MODULE 23.5) CUTTING CAPABILITY. THE EXTREME VERSATILITY OF THIS MACHINE PERMITS THE GEAR MANUFACTURER TO SELECT THE MOST EFFICIENT CUTTING METHOD FOR ANY LOT SIZE OF GEARS IN HEAVY DUTY APPLICATIONS, SUCH AS TRUCKS, BUSES, TRACTORS, INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY, OFF-ROAD EQUIPMENT, AND MARINE DRIVES. THE 640 GLEASON MACHINE CAN COMPLETE ANY SPIRAL BEVEL GEAR OR PINION WITHIN THE MACHINE RANGE IN ONE 360 DEGREE REVOLUTION OF THE BLANK.
